How do I book?

Your reservation is completed with a single phone call or a WhatsApp message; our line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just send your dates, number of guests and preferred apartment type: we will tell you the current rate and availability straight away and confirm your reservation by written message. Cancellation and change conditions are also set out in writing in that message; if your treatment date changes, call us straight away.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you have an early morning appointment or will arrive late at night, tell us in advance; we will arrange early check-in and late check-out subject to availability. At check-in, a passport is required for each guest; Turkish citizens can also use a T.C. identity card. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer/EFT or by credit card on site; you do not need to share your card details online. You can write to us on WhatsApp in English; we will reply in English.

2. Share your details: check-in and check-out dates, party size, preferred apartment type (1+0, 1+1 or 2+1) and estimated arrival time.
3. Get written confirmation: we’ll send the rate, availability and cancellation terms by message.
